Best home sale experience I have had. A true professional.

She’s incredibly hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, and takes everything she does above and beyond expectations. As a retired teacher, I’ve had little experience with real estate transactions and she was able to walk me through a very complicated 1031 process in the limited time prescribed. Rebecca took care of every detail - from showing me innumerable properties, to contracting with inspectors for termites, sewers and homes, to supervising repairs. She was present at inspections and re-inspections. She personally documented everything and FaceTimed her walk-throughs with me (as I was only able to be there for a week during the process). Rebecca helped translate indecipherable legalese and made offers, counter-offers and addendums quickly and professionally. Within a week, she helped me identify a property and get it under contract, have it inspected, and negotiate an offer that included repairs. In a little over 3 weeks, repairs had been completed, re-inspected and the property closed on - well ahead of my 45 day deadline. Rebecca is extraordinary - as a person and as an agent. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to become her client.

Since then we worked with Rebecca during a few other real estate transactions. Each and every time Rebecca showed tremendous commitment to help developing an understanding what we were actually looking for (which can be a relatively tedious discovery process). Rebecca was extremely patient during this phase and made sure we really understood the pros and cons of each property we visited.
